1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or damaged products (unless received defective).
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Personal care or hygiene items.
  • Clearance, sale, or customized products unless they are damaged or incorrect.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery if the product meets our return eligibility requirements.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), BuySea will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
