We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • From time to time, BuySea may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. BuySea is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.
